Liability Waiver

All guests participating in experiences at Prettiest Petal Farm are required to be covered by a completed liability waiver before entering the farm or participating in any activity involving the animals or property.

Only one liability waiver is required per family or group. The waiver must be completed and signed by an adult representative of the group, who is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group are included and understand the applicable rules and safety requirements.

The waiver must be completed prior to arrival whenever possible. Guests who have not completed the required waiver may be asked to complete it before being permitted to participate.

Completion of the liability waiver is a condition of participation in Prettiest Petal Farm experiences. Failure or refusal to complete the required waiver may result in participation being denied and does not entitle the guest or group to a refund.
