Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Once an event or experience has been booked with Prettiest Petal Farm, all payments are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are no longer able to attend or proceed with your scheduled event, we may allow your booking to be postponed and rescheduled for a later available date rather than forfeited.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Prettiest Petal Farm.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept our non-refundable booking policy.

Inclement Weather & Weather-Related Rebooking

Prettiest Petal Farm is an outdoor experience, and guests are expected to dress appropriately for seasonal weather conditions. Regular rain, cooler temperatures, heat, mud, or other typical outdoor conditions do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or rebooking.

Weather-related rebooking will only be offered when conditions are considered unsafe for guests, staff, or animals, such as severe storms, high winds, lightning, or other extreme weather events.

If Prettiest Petal Farm determines that a booking must be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will be offered the opportunity to rebook for another available date. All rebooking is subject to availability.
